RedstampDesign That Drives Business
At Redstamp, I led a small team of designers across fintech, cybersecurity, and deep tech clients, coaching all of them into more senior design roles along the way.
We worked alongside animators, developers, and copywriters on the agency's largest retainer, an enterprise brand rollout for a Series E company, activating it across thousands of touchpoints under real-time pressure. Other engagements ranged from unifying disconnected sub-brands under one identity, to building tools that turned technical complexity into something a buyer could actually use.
IT Renew
ITRenew, a leader in sustainable IT asset disposition, was preparing for a possible acquisition and needed enterprise buyers to see its value clearly, something the existing site buried under technical language. Beyond art direction, I conceived and built the Workload Explorer, an interactive tool that let prospective clients calculate the value ITRenew could deliver based on their specific tech stacks, giving them a real, tailored figure rather than a generic pitch. Building it meant working closely with the sales and technical teams to get the underlying formulas right, then translating that operational complexity into something a buyer could use in a few clicks. The redesigned website, anchored by the tool, reframed ITRenew's market position and contributed to the company's acquisition by Iron Mountain.
Sonar
Sonar came to Redstamp needing to unify a set of disconnected sub-brands under a new identity as the company scaled. I worked across the engagement, from client workshops and discovery sessions to the new brand direction, custom graphics and typography, and the site's art direction. I also became the ongoing point of contact with the client after launch. The rebrand supported a $4.7B valuation, $412M in additional funding raised, and a projected 72% revenue growth, the strongest outcome numbers behind any project I've worked on.
